Refund policy

Please take careful note of the following; 

  1. Refund can only be paid into the same account name and account holder, it was remitted from, with exception to a Credit Card payment. 
  2. Refunds cannot be refunded to Credit Card, via EFT transfer. 
    Hence we would appreciate your assistance in providing details of your Cheque (Current) or Savings account, in the same name as the Credit Card account name utilised for payment. 
  3. Any form of payments must reflect in the Zanokukhanya Consulting banking account for ten (10) working days from date of payment, prior to refund. 
  4. All refund requests are processed and payable on a FRIDAY only. 
    This is conditional to ALL the above information and documentation being received no later than MONDAY, prior to the FRIDAY process day. 
    If the above information and documentation is ONLY received after MONDAY, then refund will ONLY be effected by the following FRIDAY. 
  5. Refunds can be released between a minimum of 7 working days to a maximum of 14 working days, from the date of the refund request, dependant on the above information and documentation provided and availability of signatories to approve and effect the refund. 

Cancellations 


Website order cancellations can be made within 24 hours of purchase. Cancellations can be only be made for purchases via card or EFT will need to be refunded by submitting the below refund request.

 

Please note that returns are not available on international orders at this time.

Change of Mind Returns (Unwanted or Unsuitable Items)

The return must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
Items must be returned in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Customers may elect to receive a refund, exchange.
All returns/exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Proof of purchase is required.

ZNK Tech reserves the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of wear, misuse, washing, damage, or alteration.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Should incorrect goods be received; notification must be made within 30 days of purchase.

Should your item display any signs of defect, you are required to notify us within 6 months of the purchase date.

The customer may choose between a full refund, exchange, or voucher.
Original shipping costs will be refunded.
Return courier costs will be covered by ZNK Tech.
Proof of purchase is required.
ZNK Tech will request photographic evidence prior to authorising the return.

Sale and Promotional Items

Sale or promotional items may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
If defective, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is eligible for a refund, exchange, or voucher.
If returned due to change of mind, the customer is eligible for an exchange or refund. All return fees will be the responsibility of the customer. All standard return conditions apply.

Online Return Procedure

Returns can be initiated directly on our website via the Returns/Exchange tab or by Email under support. Once selected, you will be redirected to our Return portal, where you’ll be guided through each step of the process to complete your return or exchange quickly and easily.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the approved refund, exchange, or voucher will be processed.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days from the date the returned item/items are received and approved.

Items Not Eligible for Return

- Tempered with
- Damaged
- Items missing original packaging, tags, or proof of purchase
- International orders

Additional Terms

A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Without proof of purchase, only a voucher may be issued at ZNK Tech’s discretion.
Unauthorised alterations invalidate return eligibility.
During major promotional events (including but not limited to Black Friday), return processing may commence once the promotional period concludes.
ZNK Tech will cover return shipping costs only for defective or incorrect products.
ZNK Tech reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this policy.
